It is the Montalto philosophy that wine should be an expression of its origin, a representation of the best fruit produced from its site in a particular vintage. Fruit is sourced from 7 vineyards across the Mornington Peninsula, from the warmest site at Tuerong through to Merricks, Red Hill and our coolest vineyard at Main Ridge. The vineyard is planted primarily to Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, varieties which shine on the Mornington Peninsula.
