Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur:
Tangy rhubarb is the perfect ingredient for a fruity gin liqueur, spiked with ginger for a lingering warmth to balance its sharpness. Rhubarb and ginger are infused into Edinburgh Gin, then left to macerate for a month, allowing for the complex flavours to marry together.
Raspberry Liqueur
The raspberries that go in to our gin liqueur are picked at the optimum ripeness, ensuring the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. The berries are then infused with Edinburgh Gin and left to macerate for a month to extract every last drop of flavour.
