Produced in the cellars of the former Saint Nicaise Abbey (13th century) in Reims, Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs receives all the lavish care and attention it deserves. Every bottle strictly adheres to all of the following criteria which make it such a rare luxury and the connoisseur's choice:
- made entirely from Chardonnay grapes from the best vines in the prestigious Côte des Blancs
- only wine from the first press is used
- produced only when the harvest is of exceptional quality
- ageing for almost ten years
