Katnook Estate Prodigy Shiraz 0.75L

Katnook Prodigy Shiraz is one of the Estate's iconic wines, the other being Odyssey Cabernet Sauvignon. The Prodigy style is based on intensely flavoured but naturally balanced fruit. The wine is small batch-vinified in stainless steel fermenters. It is drained and pressed off into a combination of new French, new American and seasoned barriques for a period of around 24 to 30 months maturation.Optimum aging potential is 10-15 years.
