The De Bortoli ‘Melba Vineyard’ at Dixons Creek has a rich history of exceptional quality Cabernet Sauvignon and consistency dating back to the 1970’s. De Bortoli Melba Vineyard is only made in exceptional vintages and 2012 was widely recognised as one of the best seasons in the past 20 years. Long growing season, mild and dry Autumn, lots of tannin development. Produced from the oldest vines, it is hand pruned and picked. Limited release and all bottles are individually numbered.
